October is here! You know what that means – the next three months will include candy in October, pie in November, and cookies in December! YUM! Today, we are talking about why you should limit it, how much is the recommended limit and how to determine what you are actually consuming.

The World Health Organization is dropping its sugar intake recommendations to 6 teaspoons a day.

As always, keep moving towards optimal health, by making one change at a time! Thank you for watching! We will see you next time on Wellsboro Home Page!
